Description
Kiehl's Ultra Facial Toner is an alcohol-free, pH-neutral hydrating facial toner. It effectively removes residue from the skin while hydrating, providing the perfect preparation for moisturizer absorption. Suitable for normal to very dry skin types, it balances the skin's pH. Formulated with Apricot Kernel Oil to soften, Avocado Oil to restore moisture, Vitamin E for protection against free radicals, and Squalene to restore lipid balance.
